Public Consultation on the OTEs Reference Unbundling Offer regarding Sub-loop Unbundling services

The National Telecommunications and Post Commission is launching a public consultation on the
OTE’s Reference Unbundling Offer regarding Sub-loop Unbundling services.

The National Telecommunications and Post Commission is seeking the views and comments of
stakeholders on the published document. The consultation period starts on December the 7th, 2016 to
January the 27th, 2017. The responses should be submitted stating the author’s details and
affiliation, in Greek or English language, both in printed and electronic format, no later than
Friday, January the 27th, 2017, at 15:00. Anonymous responses will not be taken into
consideration.  The responses will be published unedited.  In case the responses include
confidential elements, they should be placed in a special Annex, so that they will not be
published.

The public consultation document is not binding on the forthcoming EETT regulatory actions on
this matter.
