Public Consultation regarding the Reference Broadband Offer (RBO)

The National Telecommunications and Post Commission is launching a public consultation regarding
the proposed by OTE amendments of the Reference Broadband Offer (RBO).

The National Telecommunications and Post Commission invite all stakeholders to submit views and
comments on the proposed document. The consultation period begins at June 17 and ends at October 2
2017. Responses should clearly state the author’s details and affiliation and be submitted in Greek
language, both in printed and electronic format, no later than October 2, 2017 at 15:00. Anonymous
responses will not be taken into consideration.  Responses will be published unedited. 
In order for EETT to preserve principle of confidentiality,   you are kindly requested to
place any confidential information in a special Annex, so that they will not be published.

During the public consultation process, explanatory answers will be provided by EETT in
response to interested parties questions.  These questions should be submitted only through

The public consultation document is not binding on the forthcoming regulatory actions of EETT on
this matter.
