Public Notification for the Concentration between the companies Vodafone-Panafon SA – Hellas OnLine SA

On the 5th of September 2014, the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) was
notified about the concentration agreement according to which Vodafone-Panafon SA takes common
registered shares over from the companies belonging to Intracom Group and the company World
Equities Investments Holdings SA, as well as preferred registered shares issued by the company
Hellas OnLine SA from the company Intracom Holdings SA that equal to 72.7% of Hellas OnLine SA’s
share capital. The companies participating in the notified concentration, namely Vodafone Group and
Hellas OnLine SΑ, operate in the Greek territory in the telecommunications’ sector and in general
in the electronic communications’ sector as well as in the provision of pay TV services.
