Publication of the draft Tender Document regarding the granting of Rights of Use for Radiofrequencies in the band 24.5-26.5 GHz

The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) announces the publication of the
draft Tender Document regarding the granting of Rights of Use for Radiofrequencies in the band
24.5-26.5 GHz.

The draft Tender Document is available (in greek) at the website of the Hellenic
Telecommunications and Post Commission at
https://www.eett.gr.

The responses should be submitted stating the author’s details and affiliation, in Greek
language, both in printed and electronic format, no later than Thursday 1st December 2016 15:00
Greek time. Anonymous responses will not be taken into consideration. The responses will be
published unedited, according to the procedures defined in the “Regulation for Public Consultation
Procedures” with the saving clause of Article 11 of the Regulation with respect to confidentiality
matters. In case that the responses contain confidential elements, they should be placed in a
special Annex, so that they will not be published.

The responses should be submitted in hardcopy at the EETT address (60 Kifissias Avenue, 151 25

During the Public Consultation process, possibly explanatory answers will be provided by EETT in
response to interested parties’ questions.  These questions should be submitted only through
the electronic mail address: 
fwa@eett.gr and should contain the author’s details
and affiliation.
