EETT introduces a “smart” GIS application for the postal network

EETT pioneers with the new Geographical Information System (GIS) application for smartphones
aiming for a better and faster service to both consumers and tourists in Greece. Available for iOS
and Android operating systems, the application locates the nearest postal service point, while
showing the best route from the point of entry to the point of choice.

Through a specially designed navigation system, consumers may choose the postal services in the
geographic point of their choice and they are informed about the service points of ELTA (branches,
agencies, mailboxes) as well as the stores and branches of all courier companies.

EETT with this advanced Geographic Information System (GIS) contributes to the formation of fair
competition for providers and the safeguarding of consumers’ rights for continuous and reliable
service in the postal market.

The application for mobile phones is available as «EETT postal» on the Android Market for
mobile phones with Android OS and the App Store for mobile phones operating with iOS.
