EETT launches the tender process for the granting of spectrum rights of use in the 3.4-3.8 GHz bands

EETT’s plenary, after conducting a public consultation, approved the issue of the Notice of the
Call for Tenders according to which it will conduct the tender process for the granting of spectrum
rights of use in the 3.4-3.8 GHz bands for the development of fixed and mobile broadband networks
and services.

According to the Notice of the Call for Tenders the tender concerns the granting of six (6)
licenses for:

a) Two (2) blocks of 2×30 MHz each and one (1) block of 2×20 MHz in the 3.4-3.6 GHz band

b) Two (2) blocks of 50 MHz each and one (1) block of 40 MHz in the 3.6-3.8 GHz band.

Interested parties are invited to submit to EETT applications for participating in the tender
process on Monday, March 17th, 2014 from 10:00 to 11:00 EET. The Notice of the Call for Tenders is
