Neelie Kroes and L. Kanellos meet to discuss Digital Single Market

The Digital Single Market was the focus of the meeting between the President of the Hellenic
Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) and BEREC, Dr. Leonidas Kanellos, and Vice-President
of the European Commission and Commissioner for the Digital Agenda, Ms Neelie Kroes on Tuesday,
June 25, in Brussels. Among other issues, they discussed the challenges and priorities for the
European policy on electronic communications as a means of attracting investment, improving
Europe’s competitiveness and creating new jobs, as well as the contribution of the Body of European
Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) in it.
